I rented some Prophoto lighting gear to play around with as the light was disappearing from the backyard.  I made Colleen model for me in the hammock while the mosquitos drank her blood.

I've been so busy with this stupid blog that I have neglected my real passion which are my photobooks.  Finally I got around to making a couple more pages which consist of photos from our New Orleans Mardi Gras/ 30th birthday in 2007.  Hopefully this will keep me motivated to fill up the rest of the pages in the book with old and new photographs.  I've made two previous full books.

Entertainer extraordinaire, soon to be father and good old spirit Jake Speed founded the Rivertown Breakdown at the Southgate House- a Cincinnati music festival and barbecue.  This is the third or fourth year.
